Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s trusted payment partners to ensure your safety. Safraa Official does not store any payment details.
5. Orders and Cancellations
Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled after dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity. Repeated refusal of confirmed orders may result in account restrictions or requirement of advance payment.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver orders promptly across Pakistan. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, courier issues) are beyond our control.
7. Return and Exchange Policy
For hygiene reasons, briefs and panties are non-returnable once tried or worn. However, exchanges may be accepted (not applicable for briefs & panties) for size issues or defective products if reported within 2 to 3 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
