Refund Policy – Safra

At Safra, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every product meets our quality standards before dispatch. Because we sell intimate wear, we follow a hygiene-focused refund policy to ensure every customer receives fresh, untouched intimate wear.


1. Non-Refundable Items

“Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties once the packaging is opened.”, including:

  • Panties and briefs

We encourage customers to check our size guide and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


2. Refunds for Defective or Wrong Items

A refund will only be issued if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product

  • You received the wrong product or size

  • Your order was lost in transit due to courier error (verified by PostEx)

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

After inspection and approval, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.


3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer in Pakistan. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will refund via bank transfer or digital wallet.
Please note: delivery charges paid to PostEx are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.


4. Shipping Responsibility

  • If the item is being returned for a valid reason (defect or wrong delivery), Safra  will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other cases, customers are responsible for shipping fees when returning items.

  • All returns must be sent through PostEx, our official delivery partner, to ensure secure and trackable delivery.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account or digital wallet.

  2. Contact your bank for processing updates.

  3. If the issue persists, email us at safraa.official@gmail.com with your refund confirmation.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped cancellation is no longer possible.
