This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery timelines, and shipping costs. By placing an order on www.safra.pk, you agree to this policy along with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Order Confirmation
To ensure order authenticity and customer satisfaction, all orders are confirmed via call or SMS before dispatch.
Orders that remain unconfirmed for more than 48 hours may be automatically canceled.
2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders worth PKR 3,000 or more.

Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below PKR 3,000 will incur a PKR 190 delivery charge.
Shipping costs will be clearly shown at checkout before completing your order.
3. Delivery Partner
All our orders are shipped through PostEx, a reliable and trusted courier service in Pakistan.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a PostEx tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery in real time.
4. Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible:

Lahore and Major Cities: 2–4 working days.

Other Areas: 3–6 working days.

Remote Locations: Delivery time may vary based on PostEx’s coverage.
Please note: Delivery times may be extended during sales, public holidays, or unforeseen events such as weather disruptions or courier delays.
5. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation via call or SMS.

Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on PostEx’s operational schedule.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide for your convenience.
Please ensure:

Correct address and active phone number are provided.

Full payment is ready at the time of delivery.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to account restrictions or require advance payment for future orders.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please:

Do not accept the delivery.

Immediately contact us at safraa.official@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
8. Lost or Delayed Orders
In rare cases of courier delays or lost shipments, Safra will coordinate with PostEx to resolve the issue.
Eligible customers will receive a refund or replacement as per our Refund Policy.
9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges.
Please verify all delivery details carefully before confirming your order.
