Return & Exchange Policy – Safra

At Safra, we value your trust and satisfaction. Each of our products is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy. However, due to the intimate nature of undergarments, we maintain a strict but fair Return & Exchange Policy to ensure hygiene, fairness, and customer care.


1. No Returns on Intimate Wear

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items once opened, worn, or tried on:

  • Panties and briefs.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before placing your order.


2. Exchanges for Size or Defective Items

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong size or color.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product you received does not match your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 2 to 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and hygiene seals must remain intact.

After inspection and approval, we’ll process your exchange or replacement.


3. Process for Exchange Requests

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at safraa.official@gmail.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and photo of the product (if defective).

  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.

  3. Once approved, ship the product back to us at your expense (unless it’s a confirmed defective item).

  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll send your replacement within 5–7 working days.


4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts.

  • Customized or altered items.

  • Products returned without prior approval from our support team.


5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds except in cases where Safra delivered the wrong product or defective item.
